A £10 non -refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted off the final price of your treatment.
I understand some circumstances are out of your control, so every cancellation will be treated individually. If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. If less than 24 hours notice is given,
100% of the cost will be applied.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please ask more than 24 hours in advanced before your confirmed appointment and your deposit will be transferred. Less than 24 hours, will require a new deposit.
